Information Provided:
When candidates apply for a position/job posted on websites powered by myStaffingPro® they are asked to submit personal contact information and other information as defined by the company posting the job. This information is only used for purposes of the hiring process and is only available to authorized representatives of the company with login credentials issued by the company myStaffingPro® system Administrator.

Data Integrity:
myStaffingPro® will only process personal data in a way that is compatible with and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or authorized by the individual. To the extent necessary for those purposes, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is accurate, complete, current and reliable for its intended use.

Choices:
Client companies can use the myStaffingPro® website to review and control the information stored in candidate application(s).

Security/Enforcement:
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.

We restrict access to personal information to myStaffingPro® employees and agents. These individuals are bound by who need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

myStaffingPro® provides its clients with services that involve processing personal data on our client’s behalf, such as where we provide remote hosting, system monitoring, system trouble-shooting, data warehousing and application management services. In this capacity, we do not own or control the personal data it processes, but rather our client does. We receive and processes personal data merely as a “data processor” on behalf of our clients. In such situations, myStaffingPro® often has no contact with the individuals to whom such personal data relates and so is dependent upon its client to comply with applicable EEA and/or Swiss data protection law at the time that the personal data is originally collected or received by our client. As a data processor acting on behalf of a client, we are not required to comply with these principles but are required to perform our services in accordance with our contract with the client and any data privacy protections incorporated therein. However, we do voluntarily follow the US-EU Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries. In the spirit of the US-EU Safe Harbor Principles, myStaffingPro® is committed to resolve complaints about privacy and the collection or use of personal information. European Union citizens with inquiries or complaints regarding this privacy policy should contact HR Services, Inc. We regularly review our compliance with this Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, it is our policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between myStaffingPro® and an individual.
